We are Vacations by Bri and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vacations by Bri and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Welcome to Vacations by Bri LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms and conditions under which we provide travel-related services to our clients (“you” or “your”). By booking or engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Vacations by Bri LLC offers travel booking and planning services, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, excursions, and vacation packages. We act as an intermediary to facilitate these arrangements with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party service providers.

2. Limitation of Liability

By booking with Vacations by Bri LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Travel-Related Issues: Vacations by Bri LLC is not liable for any travel-related issues, including but not limited to missed flights, delayed or canceled flights, lost baggage, or other disruptions that may occur during your trip. You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary arrangements (e.g., timely arrival at the airport, travel documents, etc.) are in place.

  • External Factors: Vacations by Bri LLC is not responsible for any issues or disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, or terrorism).

  • Overcharge Fees: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover any charges incurred during your trip. If any overcharge fees or penalties arise due to insufficient funds, Vacations by Bri LLC will not be held liable, and such fees are your responsibility.

  • Travel Schedule Changes: Air schedules, flight times, and other travel-related schedules are subject to change by airlines, and such changes are beyond the control of Vacations by Bri LLC. We cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or alterations to your travel schedule due to the actions or inactions of third-party providers, such as airlines or transportation services.

3. Travel Protection

  • Travel Insurance: We offer travel protection and insurance options to help protect you against unexpected disruptions. However, the purchase of travel protection is entirely your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you review, select, and purchase suitable travel insurance coverage for your trip. Vacations by Bri LLC assumes no responsibility for any claims or disputes related to travel protection or insurance policies.

4. Passport and Travel Documents

  • Passport Validity: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any required visas or travel documents for your trip. Vacations by Bri LLC will not be held liable for any issues, delays, or disruptions caused by invalid or missing travel documents, including passports or visas. Please verify all passport requirements and expiration dates prior to booking and travel.

5. Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that full payment for all travel-related services, including flights, accommodations, and any other bookings, is made by the specified due dates. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellations or additional fees.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Any cancellations or refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Vacations by Bri LLC will assist with cancellations but is not responsible for refund processing or any associated fees.

6. Changes and Modifications

Airlines, hotels, and other third-party service providers may change their schedules, availability, or pricing without notice. Vacations by Bri LLC is not responsible for such changes and cannot be held liable for any additional costs or inconveniences incurred as a result.

7. General Terms

  • Force Majeure: Vacations by Bri LLC is not liable for any failure to perform or delays in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, strikes, or governmental actions.

  • Amendments to Terms: Vacations by Bri LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any such changes becoming effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NEW JERSEY, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in OCEAN COUNTY, NJ.

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
